Well, our new NH Attorney General has jumped onboard the Eric Holder bandwagon regarding our NH “stand your ground law”. (See: http://www.unionleader.com/article/20130717/NEWS06/130719320)
Apparently, he doesn’t like it. Really? Didn’t he just take an Oath to protect and uphold the Constitution of the State of NH as well as the US Constitution? Is not section 2a of the NH Constitution and the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution included in those two documents? So much for his Oath.
AG Foster’s commentary is far worse than most folks realize. This man clearly agrees with Eric Holder’s recent comments to the NAACP, that the ‘stand your ground laws” in those States that have them, need to be reviewed. No Mr. Holder, they do not need to be reviewed. The individual States have the right to determine those issues themselves and they will continue to do so. This is not the Federal Governments responsibility and you are, once again, overstepping your bounds. Further, I would like to remind Mr. Holder and Mr. Foster that the Florida ‘stand your ground law” was not used as a defense in the Zimmerman case. The Defense Attorney’s used “self defense” as its basis for defending George Zimmerman and he was found not guilty of all charges. I followed this case very closely and while I have always thought that the case should never have been brought, the evidence clearly showed that George Zimmerman was in fear for his life and acted accordingly. In addition, the “stand your ground law” has worked very well in our State and it does not need to be reviewed. But there is a much larger issue playing out here. There is now very little doubt that Eric Holder, Barak Obama and a very culpable main stream media have decided that this case would present a great opportunity to continue to divide our Nation. You see, this was never about race. Hell, they had to categorize George Zimmerman as a “white Hispanic” just so they could set the stage. Now we see major instigator, Al Sharpton, calling for protests in 100 Cities this coming weekend. We have seen the new Black Panther Party calling for the death of Zimmerman as well as other white folks. We have already seen several riots and multiple cases of white folks being beaten on behalf of Trevon and, of course, Eric Holder has helped fan the racism flames. Mark my words, their will be multiple deaths associated with their actions. I wonder what will happen to those who cause those deaths? We shall see.
Lastly, it is my sincere belief that this entire situation was orchestrated in order to have this very result. Why? Well, simply take a look at how much attention is now being paid to the IRS, NSA, AP and Benghazi scandals. Not very much. The Jury’s decision was correct but what if it went the other way? What if Zimmerman was found guilty of 2nd degree murder or manslaughter. Would we be having this divisive reaction? I’m sure there would be some folks upset at such a decision, including me, but would we be out there fanning the flames of racism? No, that would not be happening. So, wake up America! You had better start paying attention or you will lose everything.
As for Mr. Foster’s comments about having the State legislature revisit the “stand your ground law”. I would strongly suggest that the only thing we need to revisit is how our NH AG’s are chosen. How about we let the people decide who our AG should be. How about we have our NH Legislature elect our AG? In the meantime, if our present AG cannot honor his oath of office, maybe he should step down. We the people deserve better.
It is time for all liberty-loving Americans to realize that our Republic is in great jeopardy. The recent attacks on our 2nd Amendment will eventually turn into gun confiscation if we don’t make a stand. Furthermore, we are witnessing the erosion of many of our Constitutional Rights by politicians who have no regard for their Oath of Office. That is why we have named this rally “Honor Your Oath.”
It is up to “We the People” to make it clear to those who would violate their oath that we want them to step down or to be forcibly removed from office. Verified Complaint of Breach of Oath of Office and Conspiracy Against Rights Form (This is a link to download form). Filers only need to fill in their name on the front page and then have page 9 signed and notarized or have 2 witnesses that know them, sign. Filers only need to do one or the other. Filers should then submit the complaint to their County Sheriff. They can also submit one to the US attorneys Office at the Federal Bldg., 55 Pleasant St., Concord.

A clean environment is important to us all. We have an obligation to maintain our resources and sustain our environment for future generations. Sustaining our environment has led us down the road to environmentalism. Then a strange thing happened. Environmentalism came to a fork in the road. While the rhetoric took one route, the agenda took another. Explore this topic and discover how Agenda 21 will affect you.
AGENDA 21 IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

NOTE: SB 217 as amended was sent out of the House committee OTP (Ought To Pass) 14 to 2 on May 10, 2012.
BACKGROUND: NH House Representatives Anne Cartwright introduced an amendment to Senate Bill 217. The amendment upholds Article 1 section 10 of the US constitution. States and there political subdivisions (States, Counties and towns) are barred from having compacts with foreign powers, Congress has not authorized states to work with the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives. I.C.L.E.I (Local Governments for Sustainability), is a co-author of United Nations policy Agenda 21. A United Nations policy defined as an action plan of the United Nations conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. Agenda 21 is a COMPREHENSIVE BLUEPRINT of actions to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the UN, government, and major groups in EVERY AREA IN WHICH HUMANS DIRECTLY AFFECT THE ENVIRONMENT. This comprehensive blueprint can only be successful if Land, air, water and energy are tightly controlled. The argument is, controlled by whom. The proponents of the amendment strongly assert that the United Nations and the agreements our Federal Government has with the UN has circumvented our representative constitutional government. Private property is viewed by the UN as unsustainable, that private property causes inequity, that it causes, environmental and social injustice. Other States have introduced similar legislation in Arizona and Alabama to stop the United Nations influence on US and State resources.
