It is time for all liberty-loving Americans to realize that our Republic is in great jeopardy. The recent attacks on our 2nd Amendment will eventually turn into gun confiscation if we don’t make a stand. Furthermore, we are witnessing the erosion of many of our Constitutional Rights by politicians who have no regard for their Oath of Office. That is why we have named this rally “Honor Your Oath.”
It is up to “We the People” to make it clear to those who would violate their oath that we want them to step down or to be forcibly removed from office. Time is running out. We need a massive turnout to send a clear message that the Sleeping Giant has awakened and we are coming. Remember: “All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.” It’s time to join the fight.

Filers only need to fill in their name on the front page and then have page 9 signed and notarized or have 2 witnesses that know them, sign. Filers only need to do one or the other. Filers should then submit the complaint to their County Sheriff. They can also submit one to the US attorneys Office at the Federal Bldg., 55 Pleasant St., Concord.

NOTE: SB 217 as amended was sent out of the House committee OTP (Ought To Pass) 14 to 2 on May 10, 2012.
BACKGROUND: NH House Representatives Anne Cartwright introduced an amendment to Senate Bill 217. The amendment upholds Article 1 section 10 of the US constitution. States and there political subdivisions (States, Counties and towns) are barred from having compacts with foreign powers, Congress has not authorized states to work with the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives. I.C.L.E.I (Local Governments for Sustainability), is a co-author of United Nations policy Agenda 21. A United Nations policy defined as an action plan of the United Nations conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. Agenda 21 is a COMPREHENSIVE BLUEPRINT of actions to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the UN, government, and major groups in EVERY AREA IN WHICH HUMANS DIRECTLY AFFECT THE ENVIRONMENT. This comprehensive blueprint can only be successful if Land, air, water and energy are tightly controlled. The argument is, controlled by whom. The proponents of the amendment strongly assert that the United Nations and the agreements our Federal Government has with the UN has circumvented our representative constitutional government. Private property is viewed by the UN as unsustainable, that private property causes inequity, that it causes, environmental and social injustice. Other States have introduced similar legislation in Arizona and Alabama to stop the United Nations influence on US and State resources.
